Where is my ticket?
Your QR ticket is sent to the email used at checkout. If it is missing after a successful payment, use Draxivo Concierge or contact support so the payment can be checked.
Can organisers send free tickets?
Yes. Event hosts can issue complimentary tickets from their event dashboard using the guest's name, email and ticket type. Complimentary tickets do not count as paid revenue.
How do organiser payouts work?
Paid ticket sales are recorded in the organiser dashboard. Organisers request a payout, Draxivo verifies the request and saved bank details, and completed payouts are recorded against the organiser balance.
Can I change an event after publishing it?
Yes. Hosts can edit their own published event details from the dashboard without changing the existing event link.
